Hi there,
First be sure the cpu is giving sign to be alive like fans spinning and led lights are on,then remove your graphic card and clean the copper plated surface with alcohol or rub it with an eraser and reseat back.Switch on .

But i have D945GCLF intel board and and it has built-in VGA. And I have also the display problem. I also checked with other new RAM.
