Help needed for computer spyware

Hello,

We are having problems with our computer.
We are unable to do a system restore
When we do try doing a system restore, the computer reboots with an error message saying that the restore was not successful.
The computer is shutting down itself and not letting me run a scan to see what the problem is.

Can any one help to solve this issue please ???

Can you try a scan with Hyjackthis and post it here? We could then see if we can detect something abnormal.
