Word Error Message

Hello,

Every time I download a document and try and open it up with microsoft word, the error message pops up "file conversion: Select the encoding that makes your document readable." I have tried every conversion and for some reason it is not work. I have window 7 and microsoft word 2007.

Dear Sir,

If the file is being downloaded and it is in other format than MS Word, please open it with the right application. For instance open a PDF file with Adobe Reader in order to have the problem fixed.
