Hello,
My computer switches on well, but on clicking any application (for ex. ms word) the monitor turns off, and key board and mouse also stop working. is it a problem related to hardware or software?

Is is hardware or softwate problem?
Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. the driver may be corrupted or missing. (code 39) - Guide

Please check whether the problem is not coming from low RAM memory or faulty graphic card. Please confirm the issue for further help.
