Dear Nick, 

Please check whether you have properly inserted the catridge. Remove it and place it back. If it doesn't recognise the catridge, it will not turn on.

Hi  I have a HP Laser jet M1319F and I having problems to print, it was working OK after changed the cartrige for 2 weeks . them star giving me message of NO PRINT CARTRIDGE I have changed to new cartridge and still same message. What can I do
