Internal web cam capture rate

Hello, how do I get to settings for my internal web cam on hp pavillion6500 laptop...capture rate is slow and fuzzy...running windows vista....

Dear Sir,

Please check whether you have the right compatible driver and if this is not the one, please consider updating the driver. Otherwise please check your graphic card.
