My samsung does not have internat

Hello,please help me,i bought this new samsung c5130sort two weeks ago.Everytime I try to put internet it says I must re_connect using the same network and I don`t know how.My phone says it has a software but I can`t get through it.Am in Norway using a telenor service.Help,help.....

Dear Nono,

You should actually get the browsing option activated. The mobile phone is not sold while having the feature activated on it. You should contact your network provider and obtain the right settings and also the instructions for having it activated on your browser.

thanks a million,I have internet now,I did go to my net work provider and they installed it for me.
