Lockngo problem

Hello,
i've download lockngo. though my flash drive is fat32 but it says"
youare using unsuported type or you are running lockngo on a disk for which it wasnt registered-lockngo should be used on only for the disk for which it was registered."

Hey sinner, have you tried contacting lockngo support? Seems like the right place to ask...
