Drivers & PC suit for BLEU 551X mobile.

Hello,
I am having SEGAM’s BLEU 551X mobile hand set.
I need drivers & PC suit for it to connect network in Compaq laptop having VISTA.
From CD, drivers & PC suit is not being configured as laptop is having VISTA home basic.
Pl help.
