Internet virus?

Hello,
I am having problem when I am on the internet. Whenever I try to login to a sight Ebay, my banking websight whatever I get a screen Asking for my personal info for security reasons I can't get beyond this page to secured areas Has anyone experienced this? I can navigate the wbsights as long as I don't try to login to them. I have ran malwarebytes and mcaffe and neither one detects anything on my computer.

You need to concern with some technical person that have a big knowledge of this
