Cannot even open the pendrive

Hello,sir
i am facing a problem while opening the pen .when i double click a message is shown as
"the request cannot be done due to i\o problem .i cant even format or scant or do anything in pendrive.
Can u pls solve the problem.

Hi there,

Swap it to other usb port and update your chipset driver in device manager.
