Hp4gb pen drive

Hello,
sir my pen drive did not open in my pc when ever i open my pen drive its suddenly one textbox open that text box contain accec is denied........... and i can't format my pen drive ...... plz help me sir

Dear Sai,

You will actually have to remove any write protection on the disk to have access to it. Please remove the write protection through the below mean:
