Not able to load saved files in gta sanandres

Hello,
i am not able to load my saved game in gta san andreas .when i try to load it ,it shows that file corrupted pleas help me

Dear Sir,

If the specific file has been corrupted, please consider carrying out a restore. This might solve the problem. Get to Start> All Programs> Accessories> Administrative tools> System Restore.
