Usb memery stick

Hello,

I have a microcenter 16gb usb memery stick. It worked great for a long time. Now when I plug it into my computer nothing happens. It always came up as K drive ... but now nothing at all. PLEASE HELP ! All of my grandsons photos are on it.

I do believe that you can only write on USB for only so many times and one fine day it will stop working.

Also one of my microcenter flash drive will not work on certain pc and will be fine in others. May be you can try to see if some other pc is kinder to you.
