hello i have that problem too i dont know what to do so i will probally have to ask walmart and see if they can fix it so the only reason i got a dsi is beacause of the internet and how boring you cant even watch anything you need adobe flash player but you cant from the adobe flash player beacause you need to dowload you cant so what im gonna do is go to walmart ask about the problem and lets see what they say ill come back and commet to tell you guys of the results.
