Hello,
I am using DELL_VOSTRO_1510 laptop.
'webcam' and 'scrollbar of touchpad' does not work in WINDOWS 7(even with WINDOWS VISTA's driver).

Hi there,

You cannot use other os driver on higher or lower version of windows it will not work,download the correct driver version from official Dell website:

http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/index.aspx
