Why my micro SD CARD is not as enough as 2G

Hello,
Would someone help me explain why my 2G micro sd card the computer shows only 1.8G.
Is the card broken? Thanks in advance.

Hi there,

Well actually the missing size is kept/reserved for the system either mobile or pc wherever its been used,lets make a calculation whatever the size is lets say fro your usb disk of 2 gb :

make 2/1.024=?? ,??/1.024=??, ??/1.024 =1.8 gb .
