I can even run CHKDSK

Hello,
When I turn my computer on it won't let me do anything. It will start and then turn off. I will start it again and it will start up again and then go the the screen giving me the option to reboot, start at the last good configuration, safe mode, etc.... I select start computer normally--- it will start it and then go back to the same page with the options to reboot, etc....


Do you know what I can do to stop this? I can't do anything...

try last good configuration. You copy of Windows is damaged and may need to be re-installed.
