Laptop External Monitor

Hello,
My laptop has had a broken screen. For a long while now, I've been using my tv to project the picture; but now, it will only project untill you click start windows normally. Also: I used to be able to see some images out of the non-broken part of the laptop's screen, but now I can't.

Dude, when are you planning to change laptop, i guess it's time now !
