for conditional format use some thing like
=A1 > TODAY() + 90
=A1 > TODAY() + 90

for e.g
if u H2 cell for current date for e.g 11/24/2016
and yours date column data mixture with all dates then validate to all oldest date copy and paste in sheet2 automatically that is old date sheet and if its equal then today date sheet3 and if its next to current date it ll in sheet4 future date
