Can't make a new Facebook web page

Hello, my account was disabled so I tryed to make a new account but it won't let me sign in. Could someone please help me.

Dear Kayla,

Once you have an account disabled, they won't let you create another account. Please contact Facebook Support in order to have clear information about the problem.
