Insert drive problem

Hello,
I have Problem with my LG pendrive. As per different views i follow it yet can't open my pendrive. I have also change my drive letter yet not open it. plz give me some reasonable reply with great hope.

Dear Pal,

Please check for its driver whether it has to be updated or not. Also the problem might be sourcing from the USB port, please try using another USB port.
