Blue screen error

Hello,
I have installed windows 7 in my laptop. After someday it shows BOOTMGR missing.When I tried to reinstall the Operating system it shows a blue screen error and the set up cann't copy the file.A blue screen comes with an error displaying its better to shut down, if it happened for the first time to prevent system damage.......I am really fedup with this problem .Please suggest me what to do

try obtaining a copy of the disk, press f8 when installing and choose repair
