CHANGE OPERATING SYSTEM LANGUAGE

Hello, i have windows xp pro and the operating system language is in french as i purchased this laptop from france and i would like to know how to change the entire operating system to english.

enter the bios, change the language setting in there if it is in french, then go to control panel, region and language settings, change location to uk then change the keyboard layout.
