Hi there,

First enter Bios setup,make cd/dvd drive on first boot device/boot priority,save and exit bios settings.Insert windows installation cd and start system,you will be asked to press any key to boot from cd,press any key on keyboard.Let the process continue and follow the onscreen instructions.
