Touch pad lock not working

Hello,
i m using windows vista home premium.few days back my windows crashed.i hv bn able to retrieve it but not the original settings wch came wd my toshiba U 500 satellite.i have installed all other drivers but can't find the driver for locking the touch pad.is there some other way i will be able to do it.please help..thanks..
