Problem connecting wifi to samsung star wifi

Hello,

I have a problem to connecting wifi with my samsung star wifi, how to connect wifi without network key? some shop are provide wifi unlocked, but i cant connect it! some network key are more then 10 words, i cant connect too! anyone can help me plz~
