Hello,My name Is david i want to plat gta4 but when i download that game and run there was an error GTA IV FATAL ERROR:WS10 please help me

My comps parameters:
Intel Core 2 Duo Cpu E8400 @3.00,3.00GHz 2.00 Gb of ram
xp Service pack 3
Nvidia GeForce 8600GT
Memory size:512 MB

PLEASE HELP

You need to reinstall the game if same issue download it again.
