Nokia 5520 XpressMusic mastercode doesnt work Closed

Hello,
I really need your help on this please.
I have a nokia 5520 xpressmusic phone and I forgot the security code.
due to the fact that my phone was in repairs.
I tried using my master reset code which was provided for me using my imei no.
My master reset code does not work. or maybe i'm not putting it wrong which I doubt.
Please can you help me and also give me step by step guide on how to use my master reset code.
