Lost data on Nokia N95 8gb due to deep reset.

Hello,
Hopefully someone can help me ... my phone's software crashed today due to a 'deep reset' according to the o2 shop. I've lost all my messages and the contacts I didn't have on my SIM. Can anyone tell me how I can recover them? I am totally gutted about the stuff I have lost.

u go clap dance then come back shot down ur phone start agen u phone now recover all ur msg
