my newly installed windows 7 always hang.CPU: pentium(R)dual core E5300@2.60GHz,RAM:2GB, 32 bit OS.how do i fix it,please help.

Is this a NEW computer? I would first check the CPU for overheating. Is the CPU properly seated and the heat sink attached correctly?
Then I would check the memory - download and run "memtest" and/or swap out one of the memory modules to identify a faulty module.
