Hello,
I have an HP laptop and whenever I turn it on there's a message that says:Boot device not found
please insert an operating system on your hard disk.
I bought it on Best Buy and they gave me something called GEEK SQUAD would that count as a warranty or can someone explain me what it is?
I really need HELP!!!!!!!!!!

Did you buy an extended warranty? That what Geek Squad does. Check with your local Best Buy. Your problem is most likely an inoperative hard disk.
