Lenovo external hard disk does not detect by computer

Hi.. can you please help me.
My LENOVE UHD F309 USB 3.0 with capacity 1 TB cannot be detected by my laptop. The light does not even blinking.
Does the problem lies with the drive ? Can I save the info inside it ? There are my important things in it.please help......
By the way, I have tried using different USB cable and I've also tried using another computer.But,the problem still the same

Hi

Trying another computer was a good idea but unfortunately it looks like your HD is physically damaged. I would consult a technician to see if he can recover the data for you.
