Hello,
i need help, I just bought a new computer today and it has internet explorer on it. I tried to download firefox and a message came up that said unable to download firefox. Unable to open this internet site. The request site is either unavailable or cannot be found. It did the same when i tried to download iTunes. The computer has windows 7 on it. Thank you.

This sounds like IE is not able to connect to the internet or you have set the security level so high that you are unable to download. Does IE browse the internet and work correctly except for the download problem?
