No sounda or video

Hello,
i have windows xp and i cant watch videos or music and it wont let me download what i need to do have a guy told me to find the name of the motherboard but dont know where to find it out if anyone knows will u please tell me and what i need to do

My sound is not working with lenova computer. probably after i have downloaded realplay.. the driver seems not present now for sound.. what i can do
