Need Camera module of E71Y gfive mobile

Hello Sir,

I have bought a Gfive E71Y mobile 1 month back. Rite now, its giving a prob of "camera module not ready" in camera. Also, It is giving a prob of "camcorder module not ready" in video recorder. Plz. solve my prob. If it is need of a software, Plz. send me the free download version of the software.. so that i can use my mobile properly..

This is a problem from the software, please send it for repair so that they get the problem solved.
