Software Install Closed

Question

Hello,
My name is Eyo. I have an E71 Pro China QWERTY Phone. No TV function. I want to install third-party softwares like - Bible, Anti-virus, Games etc.,  but I cannot. It is like the OS of the phone does not support Installation of Softwares. Similarly, USB cable connection to PC does not work.

Please help me with the above problems.
