Having problem with ma pendrive

Hello,
plssss, everytime that, insert the pendrive, its display, at the taskbar, but it doesn't shown on my computer, please, i really need your help?

Dear Chingy,

Please check whether the problem that you are experiencing has nothing to do with the USB port. Get to the device manager and check it out. It might be that you need to get it updated.
