Hello,
Try this 1.
1) First unplug your Pen Drive and try different port.
2) Click on Start --> Run --> type devmgmt.msc and press "Enter".
"Device Manager" will be opened. If there is any yellow mark then re-install the
drivers.
3) Plug your pen drive --> Click on Start --> Run --> type devmgmt.msc and
press "Enter" --> Expand "Universal Serial Bus controllers" --> Right-click on
"USB Mass Storage Device" ---> Click on "Uninstall"--> Remove your pen drive
and restart your PC.
