Picture transfer difficulties

Hello,
i would like to know how to transfer pictures from my computer to a Kingston UBS. Please be as simple and specific as possible as i am not great at "computer lingo".
Thank you to anyone and everyone who took the time to help me. Please respond!! It is a very special presentation.

Hi there,

Just select file right click on it/the and copy,then open device and right click an paste.
