GTA 4 Closed

Question

Hello,
          Can I ask a question again? Is GTA 4 faster in Windows XP or Vista than in Windows 7?
      Please email as soon as possible..I just ordered my GTA 4 in the internet and it is coming on WEDNESDAY!

It is fast in windows XP if you  have 4 gb ram and a graphics card higher in Nvidia or ATI or Via Technolgies.
But it will be fast if you have same configuration with higher ram[5gb]in WINDOWS 7.
