i read through all of these trying different things,, dont download anything just use the method of controle alt and delete go on task manger file new task run,,, type in explore.exe it brilliant it worked try it befor doing anything elses... it dont mess your comp up and it does work i hope i helped, it helped me and im greatfull to the people that put the method on here tjanks :):) x
