Hello Servos,
I suggest that your computer may just have a rundll32 error or has been infected.
To give you a proper diagnostic and remedy could you please post here a hyjackthis log?
You can download Hyjackthis on this site:
http://free.antivirus.com/hijackthis/
Hyjackthis will give a picture of the processes operating as well as a list of registry keys susceptible of hiding a virus.
Install and open the tool. From the main page, please request a scan and save a log. After the scan is finished, the log will open. Please copy the log and post here.
