My screen is Messed up on my Closed

Hello,
The letters and stuff on my screen is messed up
The letters are Like Blocks or squares,
Or just japanese witch in either case is very bad.
Please help me

Hi there,

Update your graphic card drivers or you can also change the screen resolution by :

Right click on desktop>properties>setting tab and change resolution to 1280 X 800,for more help on this issue feel free to send me a private mail.
