ihave p4 1gb ram 9500gt can i play gta iv please tell me

You graphics card is super but the game will struck So you must upgrade your ram to 2 Gb or #gb.

No you will have to upgrade more 1.5 gm memory ,xp sp 3 or vista sp1 .
