Network Adapters not found

Hello, God, I need help, I am getting the message "Network Adapter not Found" , I did a reinstall of Widows XP home service pack 2. My Belkin router and modem indicate I should be able establise an Internet connection. I ran "devmgmt.msc" I do not see Network Devices, but what I do see under "Other Devices" is yellow questions marks beside the Ethernet Controller, Multimedia Audio Controller, and Video Controller, when I open them the message reads, "Drivers not Installed", but I cannot connect to the internet to Reinstall these drivers. What the hell do I do other than pour a glass of wine!!!!!!!!
