How do i get back my documents

please help i had to do a system recovery f11 yesterday i had no idea it would wiped out my desk top files documents and pictures please tell me how to get them back the most important is my documents, i could not get the system to boot up to save my files. helllllllllppppppppppppp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You made a system recovery by pressing that key,you can recover it back by making use of recovery software,download recover my files on link below and start recovery task:
