Xp installiation

Hello,
hai
iam having windows xp sp2 ,i need to reinstall it because
some features in control panel like user account ,help and support etc. are all not openning
so ineed to reinstall it .i put xp sp2 cd and try to install but it shows some error that some file missing
so i need some answer for this.

Hi there,
Clean the cd and reboot from it,if problem persist then use lens cleaner and get lens cleaned or install xp via usb key for which instructions are given on link below:
