Windows Live Beta frozen

Hello, my messenger beta every time I sign in it gets frozen, so it kinda doesn't work, what the hell do i do? I uninstalled it, and installed it again, I ran the anti-virus like 4 times, and still it doesn't work. And a box that says something about communication, and you've got to click send or don't send, which i putted Send and still didn't work. Then it doesn't wants to sign in unless i restart my computer, still it gets frozen.
