Hello,
I just upgraded vista ultimate to windows 7 ultimate. ( 32 bit)
I have ms office 2003 professional/I just purchased ms office professional 2007
When I try to install, after a long time of disc noises ( searching?), I get a menu, one of which is to choose autoinstall. After a long time of waiting, I get " E:\ is not a valid Win32 application.
MS Office support asks for a product ID. Can I know the product ID without installation?
Any assistance is appreciated.
Tx
